The foundations and sub-floor, house cladding, balconies, joinery, chimney, roof, windows, security hardware, spouting and downpipes.

House Interior:
All accessible interior rooms and areas of the house including plumbing and electrical wiring, roof structure, insulation, hot water cylinder, kitchen, bathrooms, toilets and laundry.

Property Exterior:
Areas included are freestanding out-buildings (garage/carport), fencing, gates, retaining walls, decks, pergolas and driveway.
